Speak Chinese

Speak Chinese employs the power of the text-to-speech technology of OS X, and enables you to hear the voices of Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese. This Chinese text-to-speech utility is helpful for people who want to learn to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese, two most popular Chinese dialects spoken in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, and worldwide. It also allows you to convert Chinese text to Mandarin or Cantonese audio files. Note: This software requires Chinese voices. Installing voices from the Apple Speech Preference Pane requires admin privileges.
